How do you ensure quality?

Our products are very elaborately produced according to the highest standards. Every single stone is set by hand. Nobody wants a piece of jewelery that discolours or breaks after a few days. Each of our products undergoes quality control before they are sent to the customer.

Is your jewelry nickel-free?

Yes, our jewelry does not contain any toxic substances and is suitable for all skin types.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes, you get a 5-year guarantee on all products! We are not liable for damage caused by your own fault such as improper treatment.

We currently ship to the entire EU including Switzerland.

Rest of EU: 12,90€

FREE Shipping within the EU above 70€ cart value.

What are your shipping & delivery times?

We process orders within 24-48 hours. Shipped via GLS.

How can I track my order?

You will get an email notification with the tracking link after your order gets picked up by our carrier.

How can I send back an item if I don't like it?

If you don't like a piece of jewelry that you ordered, simply request a return from our dedicated support team. You can learn more about our refund policy here.

How long can I return an item?

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. Please take note that for custom made items we can not offer you a return, because these items were made specifically for you.
